Please do not flush tissue paper down the toilet. Dispose of tissue in the waste basket. The sewage system in Riviera Maya gets clogged with this.
Please do not use white towels for cosmetics. Use the colored face towel provided.
Please do not wipe sunscreen on towels or sheets. Rinse sunscreen off with water first as the stains on the linens cannot be removed.
Please do not eat or drink on the bed and linens.
Please respect the noise curfew. (9:00 pm - 7:00 am is quiet time)
Please take extra care of your bicycles, keys and locks. Lost or damaged bicycles, keys and locks incur a replacement fee.
Please only park bicycles inside the building lobby. Not in front of the building.
Please take extra care of your moto (scooter), helmets, keys and locks. Lost or damaged moto (scooter), helmets, keys and locks and gas not refilled incur a replacement or repair fee. You are also responsible for any traffic or parking tickets incurred during your time of use.
Please RSVP for the day of snorkel gear. Please return the gear at end of the day so I may disinfect them. Please take extra care of snorkel gear. Lost or damaged equipment incurs a replacement fee.
Please take care of the furniture and property. You have to pay for damages incurred during your stay.
Please note that we equipped the apartment and you with toiletries, toilet paper, etc for a short-term stay (week or less). We encourage our long-term guests to pick up supplies as needed.
Please do your dishes.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
Please use the non scratch cooking spatula provided and not metal utensils when using the cooking pans and pots. Scratches and damages to the pots and pans will incur a replacement fee.
