My wife and I had an extended stay of 81 nights at Rudy’s condo. Rudy is a wonderful host. He is a kind soul with positive energy that radiates off of him. The condo we stayed in was lovely. It has everything we needed and more. The rooftop pool was one of our favorites. My wife and I would go up there daily and catch the wonderful warm sun and at night look at the stars with a glass of wine. The location is superb also. The local restaurants and people make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend Rudy and his condos. You will be better for it afterwards.

We had a wonderful stay at Rudolph’s place! Such a lovely condo with all amenities to feel like home (cooking equipment, Netflix with Roku, bathroom well furnished). The rooftop pool and patio were amazing. 10 minute walk to reach the beach! Rudolph is a great host you won't regret your stay in Playa Del Carmen! He even gave us recommendations around the city and if you don't have a car don't worry, you have access to bicycles! I highly recommend to stay here!

The place is in a great location. right next to a good restaurant and on the road to the center of Tulum. I loved the amount of greenery and the peace of the place. You could relax after an intense day. Rudolph, who is in town, is incredibly helpful and communicative. Delicious fresh fruit for breakfast, a wooden gym, and a pool among tropical trees and palm trees have made this place absolutely worth recommending.

Rudolph was very accommodating and responsive! Any questions I had about the area, the city, the room, or navigation he was quick to respond and help me out. I don't have international cellular service so I relied on the little time while in the room to use the wifi to communicate to him when I needed and he responded timely. This was a huge help as I knew I could count on Rudolph for even small questions to help me enjoy my stay and getting around the town! He also checked in with me in the mornings to see how I was doing. I interpreted this as more of an "invitation" to ask any questions or give feedback during my stay which was also nice as well. He was a great host! The room was nice! no complaints! The AC blew cold! and the area felt safe. Minimal walking distance in either direction to beach or attractions! Great stay! No complaints!

It was our first time staying in Tulum and this was the perfect relaxing and peaceful spot for it! Only 10 min drive to central Tulum and 35 min to Playa del Carmen using the very economic colectivos as transportation. My husband and I stayed here for 4 days and loved relaxing in the pool area with music surrounding us. The entire place has such cute spots for photos! Rudolph was so attentive and very helpful with everything we needed or with any questions we had about how to get around. Would definitely stay again!

Rudy is probably the best Airbnb host we’ve ever encountered! He was there to greet us and was always reachable to answer any questions we had, with a wealth of information about local restaurants and activities for day trips. Even before the trip started, Rudy had equipped us with pdf documents and maps about Playa del Carmen and his best suggestions. The Airbnb itself was very cute and comfortable. Everything was very clean and pretty. Being walking distance from a few beaches, we hadn’t expected to see much use out of the rooftop pool but it was so beautiful up there we couldn’t resist but spend some time up there. Definitely staying at his place again!

Rudolph was a fantastic host, and the room was perfect for my trip in PDC. Everything matched the pictures, and the living space was roomy and had a nice balcony. Everything was clean and quiet, with all the amenities listed in the ad, like the use of bicycles to get around, good Wi-Fi, body and beach towels, an equipped kitchen and more. The beach was very close, and I liked that this area is more residential and close enough to the centre without being too touristic or loud. You can easily get around via bicycle, walking up 5th Avenue or taking taxis on 10th Avenue. You have places selling essentials nearby, and a great list of recommendations from the host. Rudolph was amazing from the start up until after I handed in the keys, and was there to help every step of the way. It was my first stay in Mexico, thanks again Rudolph for making it all so easy and enjoyable!
